A fully functioning 20 hectare farm undertaking commercial production, crop and livestock trials, farm demonstrations and training. Activities are focussed on farming in the semi-arid areas.

Facilities include 4 fully equipped conference halls, residential accommodation for 100 guests, kitchen and dining facilities. We are open to day visitors and course residents.

Cheptebo Tree Nursery is KEPHIS certified and provides high quality planting material including fruit tree seedlings, other trees species and a variety of other plants suitable for semi-arid areas.

The factory is located within the Cheptebo Centre and has facilities for drying fruit and vegetables as well as for processing honey. At present the main activities are drying mango and processing honey.
